What to do in the Off Season
When Winter turns to Spring and the snow is gone, what is there to do? The way I stay in shape and coordinated is I skateboard. Skateboarding is a good way to maintain health and balance. Also, it is so fun rolling around having with friends. another good thing about skateboarding in the off season is you can do it almost anywhere. If environment allows it you could surf in the off season it keeps you in shape better than skateboarding. The off season is also a time when you should continue to eat healthy and exercise. If you were to lay around all off season you will lose muscle and then when you get back on your board next season you won’t be comfortable on your board. The off season is important because it makes you find new things to stay in shape for winter season.
